Pink Spirit WeekMonday Recess – School Lunch Support & Pink Ribbons | Services Committee
At the Study Hall, students will help the lunch ladies and groundskeepers hand out free lunches. Alongside this, we’ll be giving out pink ribbons (on safety pins) for students to wear and show their support for Pink Shirt Week—one of each per person.
Monday Lunch – Overflow | Services Committee
Come to Study Hall and take part in our Kindness Prompt Jar activity! Pick out a positive prompt focused on encouragement, kindness, and being an upstander, then share your response and spread some positivity around school. Be so filled with joy and kindness that it overflows into the cups of others.
Tuesday Lunch – Compliment Cards + Chocolate | Health & Wellbeing Committee
At the Study Hall, students can purchase a compliment card for $2.00 and write a kind message for someone they care about (Students and Staff). Each card comes with a chocolate and will be delivered during tutor time on Thursday.
Wednesday Lunch – Custom T-Shirt drawing & Pink Spirit Challenge | Health & Wellbeing Committee
At the Study Hall, students can take part in our Custom T-Shirt and Pink Spirit Challenge! Decorate a blank paper t-shirt template that includes the AGGS lion/logo, the colour pink, and the word “upstander.”

Thursday Lunch – Leave your Mark | Services Committee
Outside the Whitelaw Room, students can take part in our Pink Handprint Banner activity. Write down an experience that has impacted you, then cover it with a pink handprint. There will be stations available for painting hands, washing, and drying to help everything run smoothly.
Friday – Pink Mufti Day & Celebration | Student Wellbeing Committee
Come dressed in pink for Pink Mufti Day with a gold coin donation to show your support! You must be in EITHER pink mufti OR full school uniform. At lunchtime in the study hall, there will be a school photo for students and staff who want to be involved. We’ll also be presenting certificates for Pinkest Student, Pinkest Tutor Class, Pinkest Faculty, and Pinkest Staff Member. Throughout the day, lolly packs and stickers will be handed out to students who are dressed up and participating, with AGGY also out and about spreading the pink spirit and celebrating everyone involved.
