Kamar Portal
We use a system called Kamar for our student management. This is where we record if you have been late to school or not, your grades and important contact information of where you live. You can see some of the information about yourself by visiting https://kamarportal.aggs.school.nz. This is also a good place to see the daily notices and your timetable.
You can login to the Kamar Portal using your school login and school password. If you have trouble – ask a teacher to reset your password. Note that resetting your password will also change your wifi password and Gmail password.
Accessing your timetable from your chromebook
Your Timetable is available via the App or Kamar portal. To check your timetable using Kamar portal, visit https://kamarportal.aggs.school.nz and sign in using your Kamar credentials.
Once signed in
- click Details
- click Attendance
*tip: take a photo of this screen and save it on your phone for quick access to your timetable.

When you open Kamar you will start at the front page where you will need to Login. Your username and password should be saved but you can change this here if these details have changed.
- Login to the Portal via the app
- select Timetable
This will give you today’s timetable. To check the time table for the next school day swipe from the right to the left.
