Login
Your school login is two letters followed by 5 numbers this was supplied to you during the first two weeks of year 9. Your login remains the same for your entire time @AGGS
eg: ab19876
Sharing logins @AGGS is not permitted
Email Address
Your school email is your school login followed by @students.aggs.school.nz
eg: ab19876@students.aggs.school.nz
Password
Your school password is set randomly by default. This is a secure password and does not need to be changed. You are welcome to change your password
Your initial password is used for all systems that the school sets up for you. This includes KamarPortal, AGGSnet, G Suite, PaperCut and Wifi
It is important to remember your login/email and password as you will require them regularilly
Changing passwords
If you know your password you can change it by visiting
https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ChangePassword.aspx?BrandContextID=O365
Use your email address as your login and your existing school password. You will then be prompted to update your password. There are rules in place when creating a password. Must be at least 8 characters in length, contain upper and lower case letters and a number or special character. It cannot contain part of your name.
If you do not know your password, then ask a teacher to reset it for you.
Optional self service password reset
If you wish to reset your own password when you forget it then you need to provide in advance answers to the self service security questions.

KamarPortal Password
When you change your school password yourself it does not change your KamarPortal password.
If you know your KamarPortal password then logging into https://kamarportal.aggs.school.nz you can change your password
If you do not know you KamarPortal password then a teacher can reset this for you. Note that when a teacher resets your KamarPortal password then this will also reset your school password
